Michael Mullervy is New York State licensed and a proud member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) He is also certified by theInternational Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2). As a member, Michael is required to maintain a minimum of 24 hours of quality continuing education with which he exceeds each year. New York State requires a minimum of 24 hours of approved continuing education in order to renew the license, which continues to improve his education of homes and buildings science as new information helps us evolve to live safer. As an educator for over 16 years, Michael applies the same principals during his inspections. His goal is to not only thoroughly inspect the home, but educate clients on ways to maintain and improve their homes for the future.
